NOS 1969 Dealer License Plate Chevy Ford Dodge Plymouth Camaro Pace Car Mustang

  

Up for sale is a very interesting item it is a 1969 license plate made of very heavy metal similar to the early USA-1 plates. It came from a gentleman who worked at a Chevrolet dealership. I spent quite a bit of time trying to find out information about this plate along with similar blue and red versions , pretty much finding no information. The elongated mounting holes made me think it was produced recently but I know it is of vintage production , but never used, and like I said is of very heavy metal. I removed it from the wax paper packaging for the first time for the photos which unfortunately completely disintegrated.

The plate is near mint with some minor imperfections from age and storage. Draw your own conclusions or if you know anything concrete let me know I would love to know. Either way the plate is very cool and would be a great addition to any collection or look awesome on the front if your 1969 car or truck.
