"RACE PUMPS" 1500 mechanical piston style fuel pump. Fits small block Chevy engines. 450 gallon per hour at 50 psi. 10 AN inlet and -8 AN outlet.

This pump is designed for use with carbureted fuel systems. The use of a fuel pressure regulator is required with this pump. Very low mileage on these pumps. This race pump has no valves, yet it will pump only as much fuel as is needed, allowing either "deadhead" or bypass type pressure regulators.

This design also provides an anti-drain back feature, so line pressure is maintained even when the engine is off. The pump, which is currently available for small Chevrolet V-8s, mounts to the stock fuel-pump boss and is driven from the same pushrod, but requires 25% less force and weighs about a third as much as a conventional mechanical pump.

The pump body is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and then hard-coated; internals are stainless steel with seals that are compatible with gasoline or methanol. This is the lowest price that you will find. We do not cancel orders.
