Vintage Hasbro Stick Shifters Drag racing car 4 D batteries 1970's Works great

  

This is a Vintage early 1970's drag racing toy. Included is a launch pad with a realistic looking Hurst Shifter. The car locks into the launch pad and as you shift up through the gears, the speed builds up until finally hitting 4th gear when the car launches away.

The launch pad is powered by 4 D batteries and they will be included. The launch pad measures 10.5 x 8 x 3.

Inches and the car measures 7.5 x 3 inches. There are no known issues and it is clean.

It is Vintage though so its not new out of the box. The car has been tested and it works great! They were owned by my parents and Mom and Dad used to race them up and down our hallway. They had a blast with them.

I only remember them playing with them the Christmas they got them. Then they were stored up in their closet for YEARS! My sister and I were never allowed to play with them.

Their names are on them and I did not peel that off because I didn't want to leave sticky residue. I have looked everywhere to find it and there are none that look like this that have the wide shifter and not the round shifter. I'm not sure the type of car, it resembles a souped up Gremlin! This will weigh heavy but if you wait to pay and let me send you an invoice, I will choose the cheapest way to send it. This will be packed very good so it will be in a larger box so I can put lots of popcorn and bubble wrap. You won't be disappointed!
